The Penumbra Worm
The Penumbra Worm is a monster from Penumbra: Overture and Penumbra: Black Plague, but it also appears in many Amnesia Custom Stories.
During PewDiePie's playthrough in the Amnesia CS: Tenebris Lake, the worm "came back" to devour him (he has played Penumbra before and considered this its comeback).
It is impossible to run from the worm in this custom story: when PewDie is finally devoured by it, it is revealed that it was just an illusion and he continues to play like normal.
